This small pizza shop is a hidden gem of Pearl Street. We decided to pop in after the Rockets-Warriors game at The Lazy Dog. They claim their pizza is inspired by NY style so as one of us is a native New Yorker, there was already a lot of pressure placed on Colóre. Truthfully, any slice of pizza tastes good after a few beers but these were especially and pleasantly surprisingly good. We went with a sicilian slice and a pesto sauce slice. The pesto slice was the favorite. We wouldn't go as far to say it was as good as New York pizza, however, we both left the little shop content with our cheesy meal.
